Your people need training opportunities. Tough Teams specializes in teamwork training, and we don’t do it through group hugs. We focus on a common purpose as seen from different perspectives. Conflict is a part of teamwork. You can want conflict to go away, you can want conflict resolution, but if you want to get work done, you have to accept conflict as part of the process.
The goal of our conflict training is to keep it constructive. Constructive conflict gets work done because the team respects the different perspectives and considers that other points of view.
Regardless of the size of your company and size of your budget, we will work with you to plan effective team development. We offer a variety of workshops on such topics as team conflict, team building and team communications. Get your work team off to a solid start and deal effectively with conflict, right from the beginning.
We are based in Colorado and our facilitators travel to corporations and government agencies throughout the country. We also do special programs for executives on your site or can plan an executive retreat for you in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
Adults learn best when they are actively challenged. You will not sit still for two days listening to theory. We use a combination of lecture, discussion, and activities to aid the learning process.
Participants tell us that the time goes by so quickly that they miss their normal afternoon downtime, a time when they would normally find themselves mentally sleeping. Our workshops are done at your business site and are typically two days of intense work and lots of fun.
